2007 Nationals
The 2007 season finished with Nationals in Dallas. I made improvements in my physique over Jr Nationals and was very happy with what I brought to the stage. Jeremy Minihan was my nutritionist/trainer and again helpped me to be even better. IFBB Pro Sherry Smith choreographed my routine and provided so much help to me during this prep. I cannot thank her enough.
2007 Jr Nationals
My return to Bodybuilding was also my first natioanls level show. I competed as a LW weighing in at 114.5. I placed 2nd and had the time fo my life. I am so happy I mad the switch back to bodybuilding.
Going Back To Bodybuilding!
I went to Oklahoma City to train with my trainer Jeremy Minihan 7 weeks out from Jr Nationals. We decided my physique was better suited in bodybuilding. I am very excited to be able to come in ripped and hard. I am working with Jennifer Abrams on my posing and routine choreography. I am very excited about the change and cannot what to hit teh stage at Jr Nationals!
Teamed Up with Jeremy Minihan
This season I am looking forward to a lot of exciting improvement to my physique. I have begun working with Jeremy Minihan of Size and Shape Fitness in Oklahoma City and am already seeing positive changes in my physique. With his help I plan to bring my best package yet to the national stage.
